My passion is to research, design and optimize interactions between humans and products.

Sebastian Frederick Müller has studied industrial-design and design-strategy at ABK Stuttgart, ENSCI Les Ateliers Paris and Aalto University Helsinki. He is graduate of the Master of European Design Programme.

During his master-studies (2007-2009) he has gained experience at the design strategy of Nokia (today this division is called: Microsoft Mobile) in Helsinki and London. At Nokia he has experienced the rise of smartphones and the transformation of the communication industry.

In 2011 he has co-founded mueller goranko design consultancy together with Jewgeni Goranko, a strategic design firm that has developed products and user-interfaces for global companies and start-ups until 2015.

Sebastian has designed services for the financial industry, such as for ING-DiBa, Germanys largest online bank.

Currently he is service designer and fintech specialist at Service Innovation Labs (SI Labs) in Berlin.
