New Mission

The last three years at Service Innovation Labs were great. Ben and Lukas have built a unique company and I'm proud to have been part of this group of inspiring people.

My passion is to design interactions
between humans & digital products

Together with cross-functional teams of UX designers, developers and business analysts I design digital products & business models for 8 years.


Sebastian has studied design at ABK Stuttgart, ENSCI Paris and Aalto University Helsinki.

During his master studies he has worked at Nokia and has experienced the disruptive launch of the iPhone G3 in 2008.

In 2010 he has co-founded a design and innovation firm and designed among other digital services the first mobile banking for ING-DiBa in Germany.

From 2015-2018 he has been head of product and senior service designer at Service Innovation Labs Berlin.

Together with cross-functional teams of designers, technologists and economists he has developed innovativ digital services and business models in the area of fintech, mobility and other industries that enhance the daily life of humans.

For his work he has been nominated for the Lucky Strike Junior Award the Germany Design Award.
